The latest addition to Albion Ventures' stable bears its namesake, its Bravo Inns pub chain investment striking its 30th deal to date – by buying Albion Hotel.
The Albion Hotel in Clayton-le-Moors, Accrington was bought as a closed pub but has been given a new lease of life with a complete refurbishment.
Bravo was formed in 2007 and has generated a 20 per cent return for VCT manager Albion since then and is expected to return more capital as its sites mature.
