IK Investment Partners has agreed to acquire health and fitness business Actic from FSN Capital for an undisclosed sum.
Actic has 143 health and fitness clubs and a membership base of 200,000. Its core markets are Sweden, Norway and Germany, but it also operates in Finland, Iceland and Austria.
FSN Capital bought the company, which was established in 1981, five years ago. The company is led by chief executive Anders Carlson and generated revenues of SKr575m last year.
