Activa Capital portfolio company Ergalis has made three bolt-on acquisitions, buying Action Beauté Cosmétique Interim, Action Assistance and Talentpeople.

Ergalis is a buy-and-build platform for human resources and recruitment companies. It was formed in 2010 after Activa bought Selpro, a spin-out from Randstad, and was then followed by purchases of Plus RH and medical and pharma recruitment business IMS. Last year the group generated a turnover of €124m.  

Temporary employment specialists Action Beauté Cosmétique Intérim reported revenues of €7m last year. Talentpeople focuses on recruitment outsourcing and posted sales of €2m in 2011.
