Alexandre Masson, previously a director at Alvarez & Marsal, has joined Activa Capital as an operating director. 

Masson spent six years with Alvarez & Marsal where he focused on operational and financial improvement assignments. He has a particular focus on retail, manufacturing and healthcare companies.  Prior to that he spent four years as a director at KPMG. 

Masson is a graduate of Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Reims.

"Alexandre will actively contribute to the strategic and operational development of our portfolio companies while accelerating their financial performance. He will work hand in hand with Jean-François Briand, who joined the operations team of Activa Capital in September 2011," explained Charles Diehl, partner of Activa.
