Benelux-focused Mentha Capital has acquired a 73.4 per cent stake in KP&T Ptojectadvies, a specialist recruitment agency. 

KP&T focuses on recruitment in technical fields such as construction, civil engineering and information technology. Typical clients include technical companies and government agencies. 

Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Weert, with other branches in Amsterdam, Apeldoorn, Breda and Nieuwegein, the business employs more than 300 people.
