Jeff Garwood and Earl Jones, both partners of Liberation Capital, have joined the board of Bluewater Bio International. 

UK-headquartered Bluewater Bio provides high-performance and low-energy water and wastewater treatment technologies. Garwood has joined the company's main board while Jones joins the advisory board. 

Liberation is a global private equity fund with a focus on project finance for renewable energy and water solutions, founded by Garwood and Jones in 2010. The pair previously worked together at GE Water & Process Technologies. 

The board appointments follow Bluewater Bio's recent $36m (€28m) financing round.
