Mid-market private equity firm Gresham has appointed Adam Rudd as investment manager.
Rudd joins from KPMG, where he worked as corporate finance manager in the northern corporate finance team. In this role he was responsible for targeting the e-commerce sector.
In his new position at Gresham, Rudd will focus on sourcing new opportunities, working on new investments and assisting portfolio companies with their acquisition strategies.
Prior to joining KPMG, Rudd was a strategy manager for DRL, an online retailer, outsourcer and logistics business. Previously he worked at Brewin Dolphin Investment Banking in the corporate finance division.
