Parisian law firm De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has appointed Maxime Dequesne as counsel in a bid to strengthen its private equity offering. 

Dequesne specialises in private equity and M&A transactions, predominantly advising investment funds on the equity side of buyout transactions.

He began his career as an associate with the international M&A department of Anderson Legal, where he spent three years. He joined SJ Berwin in 2003, where he has worked for the past nine years. 

He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2004 and holds a masters and post-graduate degree in Anglo-American Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
