Clydesdale Bank has expanded its corporate and structured finance team in London with the appointment of Andy Oates as a director.

Oates joins from Bank of Scotland, where he worked in the integrated and acquisition finance team, providing debt and equity finance for buyouts.

Before joining Bank of Scotland, Oates was a corporate finance adviser at Mazars in London.
